Jen loves boxing because it makes her feel strong, and badass. She loves the feeling of training like a warrior. Not only does it feel so empowering to be able to hit a bag with confidence, but you won’t find a better form of stress relief! Jen fights to appreciate each and every day. She believes that so many of us are caught up in chasing happiness that we forget to look at what we have to be grateful for in each moment. Each class she wants to take some time to appreciate the little moments of joy, and help you do the same. Jen is a high performer who believes that you CAN have it all with the right mindset, and that a little mindfulness and gratitude goes a long way towards seeing everything that you do have.
