Boxer Body

In each class, you’ll work out your legs, core, and upper body, torching up to 700 calories. Boxing engages your entire body, and with dedication, you'll leave with a toned and defined physique. Book Heavy Bag Classes

Get ready to lose yourself during this high-intensity, heart-pumping 50-minute heavy bag class. An individualized workout in a group setting, you’ll be able to let it all go on the bag. Our heavy bag classes incorporate boxing, strength training, and HIIT (high-intensity interval training). You’ll be guided through key boxing movements by our top instructors as they pump up the music and jack up your heart rate.

Each workout is physically intense, so expect to sweat. You’ll work out your legs, core, and upper body and torch up to 700 calories. This class will leave you feeling like a badass who’s ready to Rumble.
