Get ready to lose yourself during this high-intensity, heart-pumping 50-minute heavy bag class. An individualized workout in a group setting, youβll be able to let it all go on the bag. Our heavy bag classes incorporate boxing, strength training, and HIIT (high-intensity interval training). Youβll be guided through key boxing movements by our top instructors as they pump up the music and jack up your heart rate.
Each workout is physically intense, so expect to sweat. Youβll work out your legs, core, and upper body and torch up to 700 calories. This class will leave you feeling like a badass whoβs ready to Rumble.
