We host private heavy bag classes of 15 participants or more for your team building events, celebrations, corporate retreats or other special events.
What to expect
At the start of each class, our instructors review the basic moves. Get ready to punch to the beat during this 50 minute pulse-pounding workout, fuelled by the best new music. This is a total body workout that incorporates boxing, body weight strength and HIIT (high-intensity interval training). No experience is required, staff are available to wrap your hands and answer any questions before class begins.

WHAT IS A RUMBLE CLASS LIKE?
BADASS, FUN, THERAPY – Get ready for 50 minutes of pulse-pounding hard work, fuelled by the best new music.

Here at Rumble, we fight together for mental and physical wellbeing. No experience required, no reason to be intimidated – leave your troubles at the door and get ready to Rumble.
SHOULD I BRING MY OWN GLOVES AND WRAPS?
For your private class, glove rentals are included! However, you'll need your own hand wraps. Don't have them? We have them available for purchase in studio for $20. Wraps are mandatory for your safety and required to take the class.
Which times can I choose for my class?
Our private classes are booked in off-peak times. Times considered “Off Peak” include between 10am-12pm or 1pm & 5pm on weekdays, or 12:30-4pm weekends. If you wish to rent out the full studio during a peak time, flat rate of $1200.00 applies for all size groups.
Can I choose my motivator or have more than one?
Yes! We have some fantastic Motivators here at Rumble Boxing Studio, and we’re happy to pair you up with the perfect instructor for your group. If you wish to have more than one instructor teach your class, an additional $50 fee will be added to your class total.
Can I theme out my Rumble event?
We love helping to make special events, colorful and the most fun they can possibly be. If you require any special items for your class (including but not limited to: theme playlists, props/costumes, refreshments), Rumble requires one-week advance notice to ensure we can take the time to ensure we are prepared for your event.
Is there a minimum spend?
Minimum spend applies:
If your group is less than the minimum number of participants
If less than the booked number of participants show up for class
Please note that all pricing includes gloves rental and wrap purchase. If participants have their own equipment the price per head does not change. If you have any questions regarding the minimum spend please don’t hesitate to contact us.
