The Workout:
Our studio offers a range of workouts from punching it out on the heavy bag to personalized fitness programs. From first-timers to experts, everyone is welcome. Whatever you do, expect to sweat and end the workout feeling badass and ready to Rumble.
Boxer Body
You’ll work out your legs, core and upper body and torch up to 700 calories per class. Boxing is a full body movement and if you’re willing to put in the sweat equity, you’ll leave with a toned and defined physique. It’s not only a badass, fun workout it benefits your mental health too. Leaving it all on the bag takes out life's stresses!
