Book Heavy Bag Classes

Get ready to lose yourself during this high-intensity, heart pumping 50-minute heavy bag class. An individualized workout in a group setting, you’ll be able to let it all go on the bag. Our heavy bag classes incorporate boxing, strength training and HIIT (high-intensity interval training). You’re guided through key boxing movements by our top instructors as they pump up the music and jack up your heart rate.


Each workout is physically intense, expect to sweat. You’ll work out your legs, core and upper body and torch up to 700 calories. This class will leave you feeling like a badass who’s ready to Rumble.
