The FOH Studio Manger is the face of Rumble Boxing. Reporting to the management team, you will play a pivotal role in managing the front of house, training the Customer Service team, and driving membership sales and client retention. This role will contribute to the studio’s success by expertly and efficiently managing their studio front of house and leading their customer service team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the Rumble culture and brand. This person will be interpersonally savvy with strong organizational abilities, a customer focus and will be able to creatively problem solve and learn on the fly. The FOH Studio Manager is an A-player who brings knowledge, technique, and energy that is needed to provide a badass fun experience for all of our Rumble Community. This person embodies integrity, confidence, is a role model, is bold, and is responsible for the success and health of the studio’s daily operations.

A Day in the Life… 

  • Demonstrate a solution oriented mindset and ability to execute within company standards in any situation

  • Extensive work in MindBody including reporting, schedule maintenance, class and product set up and troubleshooting

  • Have a keen eye for detail and maintain a tight cleaning schedule resulting in a spotless studio

  • Execution of studio level campaigns including challenges and promotions

  • Lead daily huddle meetings and set/achieve sales targets.

    You’ve got rockstar qualities: 

  • Experience in managing people, with the ability to lead a team of 5 - 10 front house staff and ensure the studio runs like a well-oiled machine.

  • Representation of Rumble culture, core values, lead by example.

  • Drive continuous improvement on Rumble customer experience, product quality, admin efficiency. ● In depth understanding in business or performance analytics, forecast and lead execution.

  • Ability to efficiently execute all marketing campaigns and communicate to get team buy in.

  • Ongoing mentorship and coaching for team members.

Your DUTIES

Customer Focus

  • The front of house team is the first face our clients see and the first place they come to with their requests. This position must be able to provide in the moment support to your team to ensure that all clients requests are addressed

  • Be a customer service champion that provides exceptional service to clients and staff, and inspires their team to uphold high service standards and our core values

  • Confidently manage conflict in high pressure situations

  • Develop meaningful relationships and connections with our clients

  • Working directly with clients to ensure a premium experience within our studio, and dealing with situations on the fly to help resolve any concerns they may have.

    Operations

  • Set priorities to ensure all deadlines are met

  • Managing of day-to-day front of house operations including maintenance, inventory, stocking and cleanliness.

  • Develop checklists and operational schedules to ensure that all aspects of the facility are maintained

  • Demonstrate the ability to manage the front of house schedule, prioritize to meet business deadlines and budget targets

  • Support your General Manager and Management Team in ensuring that all company-wide initiatives are executed in your studio

  • Recruit, Hire and train rock star Front of House staff who are capable, confident and effective

  • Maintain efficient schedules to ensure studios are appropriately staffed while maintaining tight labour budgets ● Be an expert on studio specific and company-wide operational procedures and policies
