Al comes to Rumble with over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, both in Jamaica and Canada. While he is proud of all he hasaccomplished in that time, the real reward comes from the success of his clients. He is truly moved by their discipline and hard work and how it shapes them into who they become. Their work together has resulted in them being happier, healthier to build better relationships with those around them. Al's classes are designed for building lean muscle, increasing energy, improving body composition, and making every day living better. He's always got one finger on the full send button!

Al is always impressed by the sweet science of the sport of boxing, and believes it is one of the best ways to fast track your way up the fitness level ladder. He believes in equality amongst humanity, and treating every individual with the same level of respect no matter the title.
