A front desk role at Rumble Boxing means that you are the frontline for the business. You are the first point of contact for all clients! Front desk staff are expected to be knowledgeable in all aspects of our business and be able to educate customers on any questions they may have. Working a front desk position at Rumble Boxing covers many aspects of the business including check in, cleaning and sales. Front house duties are all about time management. You will work closely with the clock and must be able to manage your time effectively. During busy times front desk staff are expected to be able to turnover the heavy bag studio in 10 minutes or less! The clock is ticking and there is no time for slow pokes!

You Have A Keen Eye For Clean

At Rumble we run a tight ship. We have an extremely high standard of cleanliness and as front house staff you are expected to be able to spot even the smallest mess and clean it up ASAP.

Skills

Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for all clients, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and excellent customer service.
Drive sales initiatives and meet targets by promoting Rumble Boxing classes and memberships.
Efficiently manage check-ins, answer phones, and maintain a pristine front house area.
Undertake daily cleaning tasks to uphold our high standard of cleanliness.
Assist in turning over the heavy bag studio swiftly, particularly during busy times.
Represent Rumble Boxing at community events, enhancing our brand presence.
Perform various administrative duties as assigned.
Ensure smooth operations by coordinating effectively with the entire Rumble team.

qualifications

Previous sales experience, preferably in the retail or food and beverage industry.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience; experience in the group fitness industry is a plus.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented, process-driven, and able to follow instructions precisely.
Comfortable with making cold calls and engaging with potential clients.
Flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule, including evenings and weekends.
