Meet Rachel, Rachel is a fourth-year Kinesiology student at UBC with two years of experience teaching group fitness classes and three years as a personal trainer. Specializing in strength training and weight loss, Rachel has also been competing as a 52kg powerlifter for the past two years. She’s passionate about personal training and finds it incredibly rewarding to be a part of someone’s fitness journey, helping them improve both physically and mentally.

Although she’s boxed a few times, Rachel is still fairly new to the sport, which is why she’s excited for the opportunity to work and learn more about boxing from everyone.
