Niki is certified personal trainer with a background in health sciences. Though she didn’t grow up athletic, her passion for promoting healthy living and movement led her to discover boxing as the perfect alternative to a traditional gym. Offering a dynamic mix of cardio and strength training, her approach is designed for anyone, no matter where they are on their fitness journey, making it accessible and empowering for all!
