Job Description
Rumble Boxing is all about energy, teamwork, and delivering an unforgettable experience for our clients. As the Front of House (FoH) Sales Lead, you’ll work closely with the FoH Supervisor, leading the team in daily operations, sales, and coaching while ensuring the studio runs smoothly. You’ll help guide the team in delivering premium customer service, and making sure every client feels like part of the Rumble family.

Front house duties are all about time management. You will work closely with the clock and must be able to manage your time effectively. During busy times front desk staff are expected to be able to turnover the heavy bag studio in 10 minutes or less! The clock is ticking and there is no time for slow pokes!

You Have A Keen Eye For Clean
At Rumble we run a tight ship. We have an extremely high standard of cleanliness and as front house staff you are expected to be able to spot even the smallest mess and clean it up ASAP.
Skills
Experience leading a team and driving sales performance.
Ability to execute the Supervisor’s directives and provide leadership in sales and daily team operations.
Strong communication skills and an understanding of day-to-day business operations.
Sales experience (in-person and phone) is a plus.
Responsibilities
Report directly to the FoH Supervisor, ensuring all instructions and coaching are carried out effectively with the team.
Lead a team of 2-3 Front of House staff during your shifts, focusing on driving sales and delivering top-tier customer service.
Oversee daily tasks such as class check-ins, client retention, and ensuring smooth team operations.
Conduct daily huddles, communicate team responsibilities, and help set/achieve sales targets.
Provide hands-on coaching and support to help the team improve, grow, and ensure every client has a premium Rumble experience.
Education/Work Experience
Experience in the group fitness industry preferred.
Minimum 2 years customer service experience considered an asset.
Sales experience is an asset.
