Anas is a Personal Trainer that wants to help anyone learn the art of boxing from the ground up. He’s a team player that enjoys the camaraderie that comes with training hard, achieving goals and always growing as a result. At Rumble, he is hoping to be an influence to the community by using years of cross training experience and incorporating strength and conditioning exercises with a focus on functional movements.

Anas’ philosophy is be consistent through challenges by perceiving them as learning opportunities and a mechanism for character growth. Always continue to learn and be a student of the human experience. Live happy, live freely and make individual choices from a place of truth.

From a young age, he’s always found hand-to-hand combat interesting. After joining boxing in high school to try something unique, and ended up loving it. Boxing is a lifestyle, and also serves as self-care and therapy. He is most interested in the sweet science art and how it translates to everyday living with things like: posture, walking/mobility/agility, breathing, and most significantly mentality.
