We’ve all been there – sitting (or standing) in our workplace for an entire day, barely (if ever) seeing the light of day.  Eating on the fly in our work space, never truly getting a break from our tasks.

It’s time to take back your lunch hour and get to your noon Heavy Bag Class.  We also know that a 50 minute or hour-long workout might not be the ideal use of your time – that’s why the 12 o’clock “Rumble Express” is shortened to 45 minutes.  This let’s you get in, work-out, and freshen up, all within an hour!

So you plan on setting that alarm for 5am, but the snooze button is just too easy to hit.  And then after work you have chores, a social life, dinner to make and your favourite bingeable show.   When you do your exercise during lunch, you free up the time before or after work when you would normally work out!

Take it from us, 45 minutes in the heavy bag studio, listening to killer tunes, and tuning into your body’s rhythm, will pump you up with energy.  You’ll go back to work with more energy than a matcha latte could ever give you!  Your day will also feel shorter, you know that amazing feeling when you’ve worked out and then showered?  It will be the middle of the day, to get you through to quitting time.

A REAL break

Sticking around your workplace during lunch?  Eating a crappy sandwich at your desk, or standing in hallway?   Sorry that’s not a real break.  We know it’s hard to disconnect from work, but the mental break you’ll get from Rumble Express will be significantly better for your mental wellness.

No seriously.  A noon-hour workout is an effective way to leave work behind.
