A front desk role at Rumble Boxing means that you are the frontline for the business. You are the first point of contact for all clients! Front desk staff are expected to be knowledgeable in all aspects of our business and be able to educate customers on any questions they may have. Working a front desk position at Rumble Boxing covers many aspects of the business including check in, cleaning and sales. It’s never a slow day at Rumble Boxing. There are always many things going on, which is why it is so important to be able to multitask effectively. Front desk is expected to be able to manage the front desk independently, which means check in, answering phones and cleaning.

You Can Manage Your Time Effectively 

Front house duties are all about time management. You will work closely with the clock and must be able to manage your time effectively. During busy times front desk staff are expected to be able to turnover the heavy bag studio in 10 minutes or less! The clock is ticking and there is no time for slow pokes!

The Rumble Tribe is always growing and there are always new people to meet. Most times the front desk is the first point of contact for all of Rumbles’ clients. You are the face of Rumble. Time to make a fantastic first impression and make sure they have a great experience.

You Have A Keen Eye For Clean

At Rumble we run a tight ship. We have an extremely high standard of cleanliness and as front house staff you are expected to be able to spot even the smallest mess and clean it up ASAP.

Skills

  • Ability to conduct sales effectively.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Customer Service Experience.

  • Must have the availability to work a non-traditional work schedule.

  • Ability to Prioritize and multitaskMust be detail oriented and organized.

  • Able to take instruction and operate in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Sign in for classes

  • Sales

  • Daily cleaning of the facility

  • Represent Rumble Boxing at community events

  • Assist in various admin duties

  • Cleaning + Turning over studio between classes

Education/Work Experience

  • Experience in the group fitness industry preferred.

  • Minimum 2 years customer service experience considered an asset.

  • Sales experience is an asset.
