The Personal Training Manager is responsible for the development and success of the Personal Training team through achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, hiring, onboarding and training new Personal Trainers, and overseeing the schedule and quality control of an existing team. The Personal Training Manager leads by example, bringing their team together, and hold their team accountable to hit monthly and quarterly KPIβs.
The Personal Training Manager will demonstrate strong potential leadership qualities, as well as technical expertise in the core areas of Personal Training at Rumble: sales, technical expertise, customer service, and consistency. Responsibilities
Responsible for creating a positive, high energy, respectful and safe Rumble training and studio environment.
Lead a team of up to 10+ personal trainers to achieve sales and service KPIβs within a single location.
Identify talent internally and recruit talent externally to joining the Personal Training team.
Increasing Personal Training revenue and profitability through managing sales performance, sessions serviced growth and quality of personal training.
Oversee training, development and ongoing quality of new Personal Trainers.
Culturally sensitive and able to adjust teaching/learning styles to meet unique cultural needs.
Discipline of PT team as required & issue resolution.
Daily, weekly, monthly communication rhythms with the PT team.
Complete monthly forecasts, set targets and strategies to achieve them.
Provide a solid sales benchmark for the team, consistently a top performer achieving monthly KPIβs.
Oversee team analytics, identify red flags and solutions across multiple locations.
Deliver large scale team training to address team weaknesses.
MindBody reporting, & data analysis of Trainer statistics.
Must Have

Related health fitness or hospitality experience in a leadership role with strong coaching experience.

Ability to design exercise programs tailored to the needs of specific clients/goals, demonstrate and teach exercises while providing feedback on technique and execute individual fitness program design in a safe and effective manner.

Must be proficient in Microsoft specifically in Excel and Project Management tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Skills & Experience
3-5 years of personal training experience including boxing and strength and conditioning.
May have limited coaching and leadership experience, but demonstrates strong potential leadership qualities.
2+ years of management or equivalent experience is an asset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in spreadsheet management and data analysis.
Must have the availability to work a non-traditional work schedule.
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Must be detail oriented and organized.
Able to think on the fly and operate in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment
This job operates in a health studio environment. This position routinely deals with studio employees, members and vendors. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones. This is a fast-paced environment.
Position type and expected hours of work
This is a non-exempt, full-time position with varied hours based on business needs. This position requires night and weekend hours.
