β€œBoxing and strength training changed my life. I used to feel small but the stronger I got in the gym, the stronger I felt anywhere else. Everyone is fighting mental health battles that no one else sees, and physical activity is so important for healing. I fight to help others find the strength to fight.”

More about evelynn:

β€œI've always been active, but started strength training pretty seriously a few years ago to rehabilitate my shoulders from old injuries, and started boxing to help with muscle endurance shortly after. I fell in love with both and have thrown myself into learning everything I can since then! I have a Personal Trainer certification from NASM and I'm currently studying for my Instruction Beginners coaching certificate with Boxing Ontario.”
