The Energy Exchange role at Rumble Boxing is a unique position designed to help support our Customer Service staff with everyday duties. As a Energy Exchange Crew member, you have a choice to work one 3 hour shift a week or two 3 hour shifts a week. In return, when you work one 3-hour shift a week you will receive a 10 class pack every month. If you work two 3-hour shifts a week you will receive an unlimited pass! This position helps to cover prime and off hour times between 1:00PM—4:00PM and 5:00PM—8:00PM Monday to Friday. A Energy Exchange position at Rumble Boxing is an exciting opportunity to learn and experience working at a growing boutique fitness brand.

Energy Exchange staff are expected to be able to manage the studio cleaning effectively. This means studio turnover, laundry, glove cleaning, etc.

  • You can manage your time effectively. Energy Exchange duties are all about time management. You will work closely with the clock and must be able to manage your time effectively. During busy times Energy Exchange staff are expected to be able to turn over the heavy bag studio in 10 minutes or less! The clock is ticking and there is no time for slow pokes! 

  • You have a keen eye for clean. At Rumble we run a tight ship. We have an extremely high standard of cleanliness and as Energy Exchange staff you are expected to be able to spot even the smallest mess and clean it up ASAP.

Responsibilities

  • Cleaning and studio turnover

  • Maintaining full rental glove section

  • General cleaning duties

Education and Work Experience 

  •  Minimum 2 years customer service experience considered an asset.

  •  Cleaning experience is an asset.
