Tiana was always athletic growing up - she played multiple sports, but mostly focused on competitive diving. In the last few years, Tiana developed a passion for group fitness and fell in love with teaching. Her goal with every class is to make all who attend feel welcome, confident, and accomplished. She'll guide you while you work to achieve your fitness goals, helping you feel powerful with every step in your journey!
