Boxer Body

You’ll work out your legs, core and upper body and torch up to 700 calories per class. Boxing is a full body movement and if you’re willing to put in the sweat equity, you’ll leave with a toned and defined physique. It’s not only a badass, fun workout it benefits your mental health too. Leaving it all on the bag takes out life's stresses!

Book Heavy Bag Classes

Get ready to lose yourself during this high-intensity, heart pumping 50-minute heavy bag class. An individualized workout in a group setting, you’ll be able to let it all go on the bag. Our heavy bag classes incorporate boxing, strength training and HIIT (high-intensity interval training). You’re guided through key boxing movements by our top instructors as they pump up the music and jack up your heart rate.
