As a Personal trainer specializing in strength and conditioning, a kinesiologist, and active rehabilitation, she would love to help you reach your goals and encourage you every step of the way!

Since she started her fitness journey, Rumble has given her the platform to show others her love for fitness, and has given her the platform to help others achieve their fitness goals.
