Calvin incorporates more intermediate and advanced combos than the average class. Be prepared to improve your skills, rhythm, and endurance to become at least 1% better. All levels are welcome to join, but be aware of the challenge.

Music style: EDM, hip-hop, and some rock thrown in every once in a while.

What to expect training with Calvin:

Calvin's versatility as a 1-on-1 coach ranges from boxing, to muay thai kickboxing, to powerlifting. Every client is assessed, and each session is tailored to their goals. Striking technique is emphasized, and every combos effectiveness is explained and broken down step by step. For powerlifting and strength training, proper form is the priority as well. Calvin's clients continue to set new personal bests in their fundamental lifts and stay injury free.
