With over 12 years in the fitness industry, he’s a jack of all trades who is knowledgeable in Muay Thai, boxing, weight training, and athletic conditioning. He’s not afraid to push you out of your comfort zone and take you into uncharted waters. Ryan says “Having boxing in my life has brought so much life into my life with its challenge, depth, people, and, most importantly, it’s fun factor, that I can say that I wouldn’t be the same person without it.”

Ryan fights every day for the opportunity to change who he is for the better. No matter how big or small, every little bit counts.

What to expect in 50 minutes with him:
Different combos, fun and sometimes a little silly, manic energy and lots of energy. Expect to laugh, challenge yourself, and leave stronger than when you started.
