Rumble is searching for the next Rockstar Motivator to add to our team. We are looking for the best of the best to lead our Rumble Team through a badass workout. As a motivator you have 50 minutes to provide a killer full body workout in our heavy bag studio while hitting to the beat of the music. It is your job to execute our Fightclub meets Nightclub studio experience. Please submit resume, cover letter and social media links as part of your application.

You Can Manage The Clock

In a Rumble class you only have 50 minutes to fit in a full body workout that flows to the music. An instructor must be able to manage their time effectively and make sure that class ends on time while never feeling rushed or unfinished.

You Have The Ability To Lead And Light A Fire In Everyone

Everyone working at Rumble boxing is always hungry for more. You never settle and nothing is ever β€œgood enough”. You must have an internal fire that will drive you to push further than you did yesterday and we expect you to be able to motivate each and every person in your class to push that extra 1% harder.

You are physically fit. A Rumble motivator is expected to lead the class by demonstrating all exercises while maintain high energy throughout the class. There is no time for getting tired, you have 50 minutes to shine, make it count.

You can think on your feet. A motivator must be able to offer modifications to exercises on the fly while in class to suit all levels of experience and fitness in class.

Skills

Excellent verbal communication skills. Top Notch organizational skills. Ability to create boxing combinations that flow with the music. Customer service experience. Must have the ability to work a non-traditional work schedule. Ability to count music and hit to the beat.

Responsibilities

Creating 2-3 killer track lists per week. Maintain a high level of technique training. Explaining, demonstrating and correcting proper technique in the studio to be able to minimize injury. Creating exciting and different choreography in accordance to Rumble guidelines. Attending mandatory instructor training sessions. Creating new motivational scripts to engage your classes.

Education/Work Experience

2 years Group Fitness Instruction Experience. Previous Boxing experience considered an asset.
