  • Cancellation Policy

    If you need to cancel your reservation for a class, the reservation must be cancelled at least 4 hours before class begins.

    All cancellations must be made through your online account, and cannot be made over the phone or through email. Your class will be returned as a class credit onto your account and will remain there for you to use towards your next session.

    If you do not cancel your class at least 4 hours prior to its start time or are absent from the class, a class will be removed from your package, as if you had attended class. At Rumble, we hit as a team so please make the effort to show up to your booked classes.

  • Waitlist Policy

    If you are unable to book a bag because the class is full, we highly recommend putting yourself on the waitlist. As bags open up, we give them away to boxers on the waitlist in the order that they put themselves on.

    • If it is more than 4 hours before the start of the class, you will automatically be added to the class you are waitlisted for. You will receive an email confirmation.
    • If it is less than 4 hours before the start of the class, you will be contacted to see whether you can attend the class. Once you’ve made it into the class you cannot cancel yourself out.
    • Payment is required to hold your spot on the waitlist. If you do not make it into the class that you are waitlisted for, a credit for that class will remain on your account to be used at a later date.
  • Monthly & Annual Membership Policy

    For Monthly & Annual Memberships if you fail to remove yourself within 4 hours of the class starting it will result in a $15 charge to the credit card associated with your account. There is a limit to attending 7 classes per week.

    Monthly Unlimited Memberships are active from the date of purchase.

  • Refunds

    Please be aware that we do not offer refunds on class packs or merchandise. We’re happy to offer account credit or exchange in store.

    Please be aware that we are not affiliated in any way with Rumble Boxing New York. Class passes are not transferable, nor are they refundable.

  • Reservations

    Please arrive at least 15 minutes before class to ensure you have enough time to prepare for the class. Please be aware that if you signed up online for a class and have not checked in at the front desk at least 10 minutes prior to class start, your bag will be given away.

  • Happy Hour Training Membership Terms & Conditions

    Q: How does payment work for the Happy Hour Membership? 

    A: Rumble Happy Hour Private Training Membership is an auto-renew membership.  This means that your credit card will be billed on the same day of each month in the amount of $240.

     

    Q: Can I pay cash or debit for my membership?

    A: Membership payment can only be made via a credit card on file. Other payment methods are not an option. It is your responsibility to keep your credit card up to date. Rejected payments will result in termination of the membership.

     

    Q: Can I cancel my membership?

    A: Rumble Boxing requires 30 days WRITTEN notice of cancellation for your Happy Hour Training Membership. Please send your cancellation requests to info@rumbleboxing.com

    Any payments that fall within the 30 day period given as notice will be processed per your agreement.

     

    Q: Can a friend or family member use one of my sessions?

    A: Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared.

     

    Q: What about buddy sessions? Can I get Happy Hour pricing for Buddy Training?

    A: Happy Hour Membership pricing is available for Buddy Sessions. Auto-renewal will only be set up on 1 persons account. Pricing for Buddy sessions is $312 for 4 60 minute sessions.

     

    Q: Can I split my Happy Hour sessions into 30-minute sessions?

    A: Happy Hour sessions are only available in 60-minute sessions.

     

    Q: How many sessions per month am I entitled to with my Happy Hour Membership and when can I use them?

    A: Your Rumble Boxing Happy Hour Private Training Membership entitles you to 4x session credits for 60 minute 1 on 1 training sessions. These sessions can be used regularly between the hours of 1pm-4pm. Between Jun 21 & Aug 31, 2018, these sessions can be used ALL DAY according to trainer availability. Effective September 1, 2018, Happy Hour sessions can only be used between the hours of 1pm-4pm, 7 days per week. Any sessions booked outside of these hours will be charged at regular price.

     

    Q: Can I train with any trainer I want to?

    A: Trainers are subject to availability. Rumble does not guarantee that all trainers will be available for Happy Hour times.

     

    Q: What if I’m travelling and unable to use all of my sessions in one month?

    A: Up to 4 sessions per month can be carried over to the following month,  for a total of 8 sessions maximum in one month. Further sessions carried over will be forfeited.

     

    Q: How much notice do I have to give to cancel or reschedule a session?

    A: Rumble requires 24 hours notice to cancel or rebook a Private Training session. If you cancel a Private Training session within the 24-hour Cancellation window, you will be charged as if you had attended the session.

Lost & Found

Lost & Found items will be kept for 48 hours. Any items left longer than 48 hours will be donated to charity.
