ARRIVE ON TIME
Once the studio doors are closed there is no access to the studio. Those who are late will not be permitted to join the class.
SAVE YOUR SPOT
Only book a bag for yourself. Your bestie can book their bag when (and if) they arrive. Want to get a bag together? Arrive early!
WRAP YOUR HANDS
For your safety hand wraps are required for all boxers. No exceptions.
Listen to your own body. If you’re feeling faint, dizzy, or exhausted please slow down, drink water and pick up again when you feel ready.
When we’re boxing, we get SWEATY. Nobody wants to be the stinky one in the studio… Make sure to wash your gym clothes as well as your hand wraps! We recommend having a couple pairs of wraps if you’re boxing regularly.
ENERGY IN THE ROOM
For the safety and experience of all our boxers, we ask that you do not leave the studio during class time. If there is an emergency please get your instructor’s attention for assistance.
There is a direct correlation between your energy and your neighbour’s experience. If you want to do your own thing, please stick to the back row
Keep the chatter for after class. No talking during warm up or stretch.
